Maria is specialized in commercial Law, international trade and civil procedure law. She is licenced to teach all this subjects in higher education . Maria has been a teacher in the Faculty of Law of Blumenau and has worked for the Federal Goverment of Brazil and Chambers of Commerce.
Areas of Interest
Maria is specilized in international trade and foreign direct investments, with special interest in advising and consulting individuals and companies with interests in both Brazil and Spain. Maria regulaly advises both Spanish and Brazilians clients in matters such us incorporating subsidiaries, taxation, trade, contracts and immigration and family Items and many other subjects with transnational character between the two countries.
