Lawyer. Law graduate from Abat Oliba CEU University of Barcelona. Master’s Degree in Maritime Law and Shipping Business from the same university, Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the University of Barcelona, and Postgraduate Diploma in Criminal Compliance and Data Protection from EDEU – Business School. She has also completed a training programme in Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to business at EADIC.
Prior to joining AACNI, she worked at a law firm specialising in Maritime and Transport Law, served as an authorised court agent at a court representation firm, and worked in the Data Protection department of a company operating in the debt management and recovery sector in Barcelona.
Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to companies on compliance, data protection, contracts, and Transport and Maritime Law, particularly in the context of international operations and commercial relations.
Her interest in international law dates back to her early years of legal training. She participated in the 38th Session of the Human Rights Council, held at the United Nations Office in Geneva, representing the University for Peace and Abat Oliba CEU University.
Practice Areas
Compliance and Data Protection: advising companies on regulatory compliance, data protection and privacy, as well as on the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Corporate and Contract Law: advising on and reviewing contracts and providing legal support in the commercial relations of national and international companies.
Transport and Maritime Law: advising on legal matters arising from the national and international carriage of goods, with particular experience in maritime matters.
