Bea Poch joined our office in September 2022 for the Administration Department of the firm in Barcelona. Her career in the administrative field and in different sectors gives her a broad vision about how to approach different types of tasks in this department. She worked for 22 years as head of the Billing Department in ACYCSA company dedicated to gardening and civil works, later she worked for ADISGRUP Climatizaciones Mecánicas Eléctricas, S.L. (dedicated to installation of equipment and electrical networks in all kinds of buildings) as administrative at the office of its delegation in Barcelona and she worked also for A52 Taller de Arquitectura y Urbanismo. Latest years she has been administrative at Shipping Department for Smurfit Kappa, dedicated to manufacturing of corrugated cardboard, which main office is in Dublin.
Areas of interest
As she has worked for different sectors, the tasks carried out have been diverse; billing, dealing with the clients, preparation of documentation for tenders, processing of client’s claims and opening files for transfer to the involved departments, agenda control and visits, collaboration with different departments of the company, request for offers / budgets and other tasks about job description.
